According to the information received, Akhilesh Yadav (23 years), a resident of village Reda, had come to Katghora with two of his friends to meet his girlfriend. Akhilesh was returning from the car with his two friends after meeting his girlfriend. All three had reached Kusmunda around 3 pm on Thursday when their car ran out of fuel. After this he reached the petrol pump and got his tank filled with petrol there. Along with this, diesel was also kept in big cans. He filled a total of 94 liters of diesel and petrol in the tank and compartment of the car.
Accused absconded without giving money
By the time the employee took money from them, they fled by driving the car at a high speed. Seeing this, the employee of the petrol pump ran after them and started making noise, but by then the three youths had fled. The employee reported the incident to the police. The police laid siege and caught one of the accused, Akhilesh Yadav. But at that time both his friends were not in the car. Police is interrogating the main accused. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera, on the basis of which the search for other accused is on.

It is being told that the accused was caught near CSEB Chowk, 11 km from the spot. The accused took a total of 94 liters of fuel worth Rs 9 thousand 250, out of which they filled 31 liters of petrol in the car tank. Took 5 liters of petrol in cans and took 58 liters of diesel in bigger cans. A total of 36 liters of petrol cost Rs 3,700 at Rs 102 and 58 liters of diesel cost Rs 5,550 at Rs 95.
