U19 World Cup: ICC has announced the U19 World Cup schedule. India will play its first match in the U19 World Cup against Bangladesh on January 14 in Colombo. India would like to continue their winning streak in the U19 World Cup. This event will be held in Sri Lanka this time. Which will be played at five venues in Colombo. Whereas, its final match will be played on 4th February at R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium. More than 41 matches will be played during this period. The opening match of the U19 World Cup will be played between hosts Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. At the same time, defending champion India will play its first match against Bangladesh a day later.

U19 World Cup groups
All the teams have been made four groups, out of which each group will have four teams. The top three teams from each group will advance to the Super Six stage. The first stage matches will be held from 13 to 21 January.
The groups of the U19 World Cup 2023 being held in Sri Lanka have been divided into four parts.
Group A: Bangladesh, India, Ireland and the United States have been included in this group.
Group B: This group includes England, South Africa, West Indies and Scotland.
Group C: This group includes Australia, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
Group D: This group includes Afghanistan, Pakistan, New Zealand and Nepal.
