After this, a war of words has started between BJP and Congress on this issue. BJP alleges that this money is linked to the Congress party. On the recovery of Rs 94 crore by the IT department in Karnataka, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar attacked BJP and said that all the corruption was done by BJP only. The money found is linked to leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party and has nothing to do with the Congress government.
At the same time, BJP leader Sadananda Gowda hit back at the statement of Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar and said that the Deputy Chief Minister says that the money is linked to the Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP state chief had announced to protest
BJP state chief Nalin Kumar Kateel had said that Congress is running an ATM government in the state to fund elections in five states.
