Karnataka Assembly Election 2023: Only a few days are left for the Karnataka assembly elections. In such a situation, political parties are spreading propaganda in full swing. Former President of Indian National Congress Sonia Gandhi campaigned in Hubli on Saturday. Here, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi on Saturday hit out at the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), saying the saffron party got upset with the Bharat Jodo Yatra as it was done against those who spread hatred.

Addressing a rally in Hubli, Karnataka, Sonia Gandhi said, “Bharat Jodo Yatra was done against those whose job is to spread hatred.” Such people can never bring any development in Karnataka. The Bharat Jodo Yatra upset the BJP. The Bharat Jodo Yatra has shocked the BJP. BJP people do not answer any question. They think that democratic principles are in their pocket. Does democracy work like this?

Sonia Gandhi further said that neither Karnataka can move forward nor the country can progress without getting rid of the atmosphere created by the loot, lies, arrogance and hatred of the BJP government. These people openly threaten that if BJP loses the election, Karnataka will not get PM Modi’s blessings. I want to tell them that the people of Karnataka are not so coward and greedy. The Karnataka assembly elections will be held in a single phase on May 10, while the counting of votes is to be held on May 13. A victory in Karnataka will bolster the Congress’s efforts to counter the might of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the basis of opposition unity in the 2024 general elections.
