Nainital News: A horrific road accident has occurred in Nainital, Uttarakhand. 8 people have died tragically in this accident. According to the information, a jeep full of passengers fell into a deep ditch here. Due to which this horrific accident happened. There was an outcry on the spot after the accident. Hearing the sounds of people screaming and shouting, the local people ran to help. People took out the injured and dead bodies from the jeep. It is being told that at the time of the accident, there were a total of 11 passengers in the jeep, out of which 6 people died on the spot.
2 died during treatment
Local people informed the police administration about the accident. As soon as the information was received, the local administration reached the spot and admitted the injured to the nearest hospital for treatment. The condition of two injured people was critical and they died during treatment. The treatment of some injured is still going on. Police are identifying the deceased and giving information about the accident to their families.
Accident happened in Okhalkanda
While giving information about the incident, the police said that this accident happened in Okhalkanda. Here the jeep of Raju Paneru, resident of Dal Kanya, fell into a 500 meter deep ditch. In which 6 people died on the spot, while two people died during treatment. Police have recovered the bodies of 8 people. Their families have been informed about the accident.
Identification of the dead
According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Tulsi Prasad son of Ramesh Chandra, Dhani Devi w/o Shri Ramesh Paneru, Rama Devi wife of Tulsi Prasad, Devi Dutt son of Ishwari Dutt, Yogesh son of Tulsi Prasad, Naresh Paneru son of Puran Paneru, Shivraj Singh son of Kunwar Singh, Naveen Singh was born as son Kunwar Singh. After the incident, the relatives of the deceased are in bad condition and crying.
