Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023: Global Investors Summit is going to start in Uttarakhand from today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this summit. Many big industrialists including Union Home Minister Amit Shah will also participate in it. The objective of this summit is to attract big industrial houses in the state.
According to the information, a two-day Global Investors Summit will be organized in Dehradun from Friday. Preparations in this regard have been completed by the concerned departments. This program will start at around 10:30 am. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address the public. Thousands of investors and delegates from all over the world will participate in this summit. Union Ministers, ambassadors of various countries as well as leading industrialists and others will participate in it.
Will launch projects worth more than Rs 44,000 crore
During this period, PM Modi will inaugurate the grounding of projects worth Rs 44,000 crore. This summit includes 16 projects related to manufacturing, tourism and infrastructure sectors. At the same time, Uttarakhand government has completed the target of investment of about three lakh crores in the Global Investors Summit. Currently, the process of signing MoUs with industrial houses is going on. Home Minister Amit Shah will conclude this work. Industrial houses from India and abroad will participate in this summit. Global Investors Summit is being organized by the Uttarakhand government to attract investments in the state.
What did CM Pushkar Singh Dhami say?
Regarding the Global Investors Summit, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that all preparations for the program have been completed. We have created 27 industry-friendly policies, introduced a single window system, have dedicated managers for those investing above Rs 5 crore. The government has signed agreements worth more than Rs 3 lakh crore. When our economy grows, employment opportunities will also increase in Uttarakhand.
