Delhi Police reached the residence of former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh (UP). According to media reports, police have reached Singh’s residence to record the statements of 12 people in connection with the sexual harassment allegations against Singh. These include close relatives, associates and security personnel of MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. Delhi Police went to the spot and collected the names, addresses and identity cards of the people who gave their statements.
Statements of 137 people recorded so far
According to media reports, the police have also interrogated several supporters of Brij Bhushan. Also, the Special Investigation Team has so far recorded statements of a total of 137 people in connection with the allegations of sexual harassment against the BJP leader. However, it is not known whether Delhi Police has interrogated Brij Bhushan Singh at his residence or not.
