In Ghazipur’s MP MLA Court, the verdict in the attempt to murder and gangster case against Mukhtar Ansari was to come on April 27, but the court had fixed May 6, i.e. today, as the date for sentencing. Case registered against Mukhtar under section 307
According to media reports, Mafia Mukhtar Ansari is the main accused in the Kapil Dev Singh Murder Case. Mukhtar has been booked for attempt to murder and in the gangster case. A case under section 307 was registered against him in the year 2009 in Muhammadabad Kotwali area. Apart from this, a case was also registered against Mukhtar in the Karanda police station in the Kapil Dev murder case. All these cases against Mukhtar have been included in the Gang Chart.
Let us inform that in Mukhtar’s cases, the public prosecutor had sought two weeks time from the court for written arguments. After this, the court had fixed the date of sentencing on 27th April, its court had extended this date to 6th May. In this case, the court has completed all the legal process, in such a situation, a decision can be taken on Mukhtar Ansari in these matters today.
Mukhtar was sentenced to 10 years
Let us tell you that on April 29, the MP-MLA court of Ghazipur had sentenced Mukhtar to 10 years in the Gangster Act case. Apart from this, the court had also imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh. This case is related to the murder of former BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai.
