Srikala Reddy Contest From Jaunpur: Bahujan Samaj Party has released its 5th list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. In this, names of 11 candidates have been announced. The most special name in the list is that of Bahubali Dhananjay Singh’s wife Srikala Reddy. BSP supremo Mayawati has given ticket to Srikala from Jaunpur Lok Sabha seat. Apart from this, BSP has changed its candidate from Mainpuri seat.
Mayawati has changed Mainpuri Lok Sabha ticket to Shiv Prasad Yadav. Earlier, Gulshan Dev Shakya was given ticket there. He was already stopped from filling the form. Also Gulshan has been summoned to Lucknow.

Athar will fight against PM Modi
BSP has fielded Athar Jamal Lari against PM Modi from Varanasi. At the same time, tickets have been given to Muslim Khan from Badaun, Chhotalal Gangwar from Bareilly, Udraj Verma from Sultanpur, Kranti Pandey from Farrukhabad, Mayank Dwivedi from Banda, Khwaja Samsuddin from Dumariaganj, Lallan Singh Yadav from Ballia, Umesh Kumar Singh from Ghazipur.
Who is Srikala Reddy?
Srikala Reddy is the third wife of former MP Dhananjay Singh. She belongs to the influential businessman Nippo Group of Telangana. Dhananjay Singh married Meenu Singh in 2006 after becoming MLA from Rari for the first time. But after 9 months of marriage, Meenu died under suspicious circumstances.
After this, Dhananjay Singh married Jagriti Singh for the second time in 2009. But they got divorced in 2017. After this Singh married Srikala Reddy in June 2017.
Srikala Reddy’s father Jitendra Singh has been the president of the cooperative of Nalgonda district and an independent MLA from Huzur Nagar seat of Telangana. His mother Lalitha Reddy was the sarpanch of her village. Reddy was given membership of the party by BJP President JP Nadda five years ago. In 2021, Dhananjay Singh made his wife Shrikala the District Panchayat President of Jaunpur.
Baahubali Dhananjay Singh is in jail. He has been convicted in one case. Due to this, his wishes of contesting elections were dashed. Yet, while in jail, he has created a stir among the parties by fielding his wife in the elections.
