What did the police commissioner say about the incident

Ludhiana Police Commissioner Mandeep Singh said that in this shocking incident, around 8-10 robbers made away with Rs 7 crore from the CMS Security Chest Center at New Rajguru Nagar in Ludhiana, Punjab at around 1.30 am. Got robbed He said that these robbers locked both the security personnel and the rest of the staff in a room and also broke their mobile phones. The entire area was checked for about two hours and after that they fled after putting the cash in the van. To save themselves, these robbers also cut the security sensor and took away the CCTV DVR by putting it in the van.

Also, Police Commissioner Singh says that this case is of negligence and expressed the possibility that some known person is involved in this. Singh said the incident showed a huge lapse in security on the part of the company. He also said that a cash van was found abandoned at Mullapur Dakha on the Ludhiana to Moga road. Two weapons have also been found in the van. It is now being probed that this is the same van which was looted from Ludhiana last night. Cash was not found in the van. Also, told that the police have come very close to this matter and soon the mystery of the robbery incident will be solved.
