Punjab Police released 197 out of 353 arrested in support of Amritpal, 40 big criminals arrested, NSA on 7

Khalistani supporter and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh is still on the run from the police. Punjab Police and NIA teams are raiding various places in search of Amritpal. At the same time, now the police has given a big information in this matter. Giving information, police officials said that 197 of those arrested in support of Amritpal Singh have been released. Apart from this, 40 big criminals have been arrested and seven have been detained under NSA.

Giving more details in this matter, the police said that a total of 353 people were arrested so far, out of which 197 people have been released. At the same time, 40 big criminals have been arrested. Apart from this, seven people have been detained under NSA.

Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav has issued guidelines regarding this matter. While issuing instructions to the SSPs of all the districts, he said that no one should be unnecessarily harassed by linking anyone in the case of Amritpal Singh. The Punjab Police is releasing all those who had even the slightest hint of being linked to Amritpal Singh. The Punjab government had issued instructions to the police regarding this. After this, the police have also issued instructions not to implicate people unnecessarily in this matter.

At the same time, Akal Takht’s Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh has given a message to fugitive Amritpal Singh. He has advised Khalistani supporter and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh to surrender before the police and cooperate in the investigation.
