But the current BJP government has made provisions in the Act contrary to the basic sentiments of the tribal class.

Talking to reporters at the State Congress office, Youth Congress State President Bhuria said that the basic objective of the draft that was prepared during the UPA government was to make the Gram Sabhas all-powerful, empowered and prosperous, for which a slogan was given ‘Na Lok Sabha’. , Neither the assembly is the biggest village assembly.’ The basic purpose of PESA law is to make Gram Sabha a bigger power than Vidhan Sabha, Lok Sabha, Gram Sabha can work independently and bureaucracy is over, but at present SDM, Tehsildar, Collector are on top. Today BJP has implemented a completely weak and fake PESA law. Which is completely opposite to the basic sentiments of the tribal class and they are being played with a lot. Bhuria alleged that fake appointments have been made in the state government’s PESA Act, in which people associated with the BJP and the Sangh have been made coordinators of the PESA Act. Not a single woman has been appointed in this. Bhuria said that at the behest of the government, efforts are being made to divide the tribals. Now there will be agitation on the road regarding this and will also knock on the door of the court. Bhuria said why these recruitments were done through an outsourced agency instead of through a government agency. Have reservation and merit list been followed in these appointments.
