Authority Chairman Makhan Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Home Dr. Rajesh Rajoura were present during this. Month-wise and district-wise information of major fairs of the state has been given in the Mela Panchang centered on Vikram Samvat. Major registered pilgrimages of the state have also been mentioned in the almanac.
