A massive fire broke out in the slums near Nizamuddin Police Station in Delhi. According to the information, this fire broke out in the slums behind DPS Mathura Road. It is being told that there was a fire at around 5 pm on Wednesday. The fire was immediately informed to the police and fire department. After getting the information, six fire tenders reached the spot. At present, the fire has now been brought under control. No one has been reported injured so far.

Giving more details in this regard, Director of Delhi Fire Service Atul Garg said that a fire was reported this evening in a slum behind DPS Mathura Road near Nizamuddin Police Station. As soon as the information was received, six fire tenders were sent to the spot. He told that the fire was brought under control in some time. Along with this, he told that no news of any casualty has come at the moment. Garg further said that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. At present, efforts are being made to find out the cause of the fire.
