Restaurant operator sent to jail for buying liquor without permit
Bhopal. Excise staff seized high range liquor on Thursday while taking action at the restaurant Ace of Club located in Shahpura. This liquor was kept illegally. The value of the seized liquor has been estimated at Rs 2 lakh. Accused Jovin Jyoti Sreedharan has been arrested and sent to jail. Now the department is ascertaining from the batch number from where the liquor was brought.
Control room in-charge Sajendra Mori said that 56 bottles of beer were also found along with high range liquor for bringing liquor without permit at Ace of Club. Which was confiscated by the staff. Accused Jovin Jyoti Sreedharan resident of Kolar Sainath Nagar was arrested after raiding and sent to jail.

The accused used to take a license to serve liquor, but did not take a permit to bring liquor. Due to this, the staff suspected the accused. Actually, liquor is also taken after taking the license, but the permit was not being taken by the accused and liquor was coming. On the basis of which action was taken.
