Bhopal. About 10,000 doctors across the state have started protests by tying black bands for their demands. On the other hand, if the demands are not accepted till May 2, the doctors will go on strike from May 3. Anti-promise agitation is being carried out under the banner of MP State Government/Autonomous Doctors Federation. Dr. Rakesh Malviya, the chief convenor of the federation, said that it is our demand that government doctors are promoted every four years under the DACP (Dynamic Assured Career Progression) of the central government. The doctors of all the states of the country are getting the benefit of this scheme, but the doctors of Madhya Pradesh are still deprived. DACP should also be implemented in the state. If promotion starts, then the shortage of doctors in the villages will also end. At the same time, there are 32 demands, including stopping the interference of administrative officials, which we have told the government. Let us tell you that due to the strike of the doctors, there will be difficulties in getting treatment to the patients in the government hospitals.
High Power Committee cheated
Dr. Rakesh Malviya said that the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had given a time limit of one month to settle the demands of the federation. Along with this, a High Power Committee was also formed. The report that was sought from us has also been given, but no action has been taken on it. The High Power Committee has cheated 10,000 doctors of the state. There is anger among the doctors of the state regarding this.
