Further hearing on this application will be held on May 1. A businessman named Haresh Mehta has filed a complaint against Tejashwi in the Metropolitan Court. He said in his complaint that he had seen this statement in the news, in which it has also been said to hurt Gujarati pride. He has registered a case against Tejashwi Yadav under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC. After the registration of the case, it is believed that the court can issue summons to Tejashwi Yadav and ask him to appear on the same day.
