In order to avoid such incidents and to control the fire immediately, it became necessary to install fire extinguishers on the threshing machine so that the fire can be controlled immediately. Without a fire extinguisher, the crops associated with the harvest will not be admitted into the district. If, despite this, no fire extinguisher is installed on the machine or system connected to the harvest, action will be taken in accordance with the Air and Immission Control Act. The district magistrate has implemented § 144 in the district.

Wheat harvesters will move into the district along with fire extinguishing systems. If the attachment does not exist, an action is taken.
