A truck and an ambulance collided on the bypass road near the village of Budha Kheda on the Jind Rohtak National Highway, killing the ambulance driver. Julana Police Station is investigating the matter.
Ambulance driver Virendra 42, a resident of Kaneli Rohtak village, was killed in a collision between a truck and a government ambulance on Jind Rohtak National Highway near Budha Kheda village. It is said that Virendra was returning to Rohtak after leaving a patient at PGI Chandigarh when a truck coming from Rohtak hit the government ambulance on the bypass road near the village of Budha Kheda. The collision was so violent that the ambulance was thrown away.
After receiving information about the incident, the Julana Police Station reached the scene of the accident and took stock of the situation. Virender trapped in the ambulance was retrieved and taken to CSC Julana where doctors pronounced him dead. Julana Police Station is investigating the matter.
