Kurukshetra. Haryana Urban Local Bodies and Haryana Housing Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta took strict note of the absence of department heads from the Grevance Redressal Committee meeting. In the absence of HODs from 5 departments at the meeting of this Complaints Resolution Committee, the Deputy Commissioner was ordered to take the strictest measures. At the same time, HODs from all departments were ordered to reach each district public relations and reparation committee meeting on time. The important aspect is that Cabinet Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta resolved 15 out of 19 grievances on-site at the District Public Relations and Reparations Committee meeting and ordered 4 pending grievances to be resolved soon by the concerned officials in order for the next meeting to be held May these people also be served their justice .

Cabinet Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta delivered a speech before the third session of the district public relations and grievance resolution committee in the auditorium of Panchayat Bhavan on Thursday. At this meeting, Cabinet Ministers Dr. Kamal Gupta, Banta Ram, residents of Kakrali Village, Khemraj, residents of Sulakhni Village, Mandeep Singh Virk, Member of District Publicity and Reparation Committee, Sunil Kumar, residents of Khaspur Village, residents of Harinagar, part , Telu Ram from Khanpur Village Rodan, Charanjit Kumar, resident of New Colony, Sarpanch from Amin village and others, Sanjeev Kumar from Beed Kalwa village, Sajjan Singh, resident of Sector-5, Neena, resident of Valmiki Majri Mohalla, Tarsem Lal, resident of Ladwa, Major, resident of Mohanpur village, Mahavir Singh, resident of Ramgarh Road village, solved the problems of Gurnam Singh, member of district public relations and grievance resolution committee, on the spot.

The cabinet minister said officials need to do serious work on the monthly meeting of the Complaints Resolution Committee. Necessary guidelines were given to the officials from the very first meeting to attend this monthly meeting. Not only that, all HODs have been ordered by the Deputy Commissioner to be on time for the monthly Grievance Redressal Committee meeting. Despite these orders, the Housing Board, Food and Drugs, Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner (Excise), Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner (Sales), HODs of Animal Husbandry Department were absent from the third meeting of the Grevance Redressal Committee. Therefore, the strictest measures will be taken against all these officials. The deputy commissioner was given the necessary instructions for this. He said that alongside the agenda of the monthly meeting, new issues from Grevance Redressal Committee members and citizens will also be heard. Officials have also been given the necessary guidelines to take immediate action on any issues.

In welcoming the guests, Assistant Commissioner Shantanu Sharma detailed the agenda for the monthly meeting of the district public relations and grievance resolution committee. At the meeting, MLA Subhash Sudha also presented his views and told the officials that all officials should listen to people’s problems seriously and solve them within the stipulated time. Present on the occasion were Superintendent of Police Surendra Singh Bhauria, Zilla Parishad Chairman Kanwaljit Kaur, Additional Deputy Commissioner Akhil Pilani, BJP District President Ravi Batan, Vice President Jai Singh Pal and other officers and members of the Grevance Redressal Committee.
