Only then were the police informed about the incident. As soon as the information came, DSP Rakesh Malik and SHO Suvedra Singh reached the spot with police and investigated the incident. Traces of four bullets were reportedly found on the counter.

Criminals are caught on video surveillance

Video surveillance systems have been installed in Fauji Dhaba. When the police searched the CCTV, the miscreants were identified as Jatin, a resident of Karor, and Sonu, a resident of Ritoli. Police believe the perpetrators may have opened fire to spread panic. Because the dhaba operator has denied having any enmity with anyone. DSP Rakesh Malik said that the incident was captured in the CCTV of those who fired the shots. The accused have been identified as Jatin Karor and Sonu Ritoli. On Diwali, Jatin himself shot a young man in Karor. Two police teams have been formed and will soon nab the accused.
