Rewari: Raid on CM Flying’s hotel, operators of the illegal premises are checked

Rewari news: The Excise Agency is unable to take action against those illegally serving alcohol in the hotels. CM Flying is constantly on duty to take action against such hotels. On Friday night, CM Flying arrested the operator who was serving alcohol at an unlicensed hotel at Dharauli T-Point in Kosli. A case was registered against him at the Kosli Police Station.

At the direction of CM Flying DSP Rajesh Chenchi, Inspector Sunil Kumar and Excise Inspector Ashish Kumar raided the Ashish Hotel at Dharauli T-Point. CM Flying is said to have served illegal alcohol at this hotel. After knocking at CM Flying’s hotel, many people who were sitting there drinking alcohol disappeared. Bottles of various brands of spirits and beer sat on chairs and tables.

When CM Flying asked the hotel operator present to show the license to serve liquor at the Satendra Hotel, a resident of Kanhadwas, he refused to show the license or any other documents. Due to the illegal consumption of alcohol on the premises, CM Flying called the Kosli Police Station IO on the spot and ordered him to take possession of the alcohol. Satendra was also handed over to the police. The police have initiated proceedings against the accused under the Excise Duty Act.

Evildoers will not be spared:Rajesh Chenchi, CM Flying’s DSP, said many illegal confinements have been addressed so far. On behalf of CM Flying, action will continue to be taken against those who do wrong. He announced that proceedings had been initiated against the operator of the illegal site.
