Rewari: Where the road administration makes the necessary efforts to ensure the comfort of the passengers. At the same time, the number of buses in the depots is decreasing. Due to the lack of buses on the roads, there could be problems for passengers in the future. Buses become condoms every year after their 10 years in road depots. About 14 buses will go to Kandam in November and December this year. 132 buses are currently in use at the depot. Furthermore, 30 new buses were admitted to enter the depot three months ago, but out of these, only 22 buses were able to enter the depot while 8 buses were braked upon arrival.

The Rewari depot has a good income, but there is a shortage of buses in the depot. Rewari Depot currently has 97 Haryana Roadways and 35KM buses. These buses travel around 43,000 kilometers a day on various routes. Buses operating according to the kilometer system only operate on long routes. 132 buses are operated by the Roadways Depot. They also have 189 drivers and 179 conductors on duty, but due to the falling number of buses, passenger comfort is severely impaired. After their time has expired after two months, around 14 buses from the depot are about to be decommissioned. Three months ago 12 buses and 10 minibuses had arrived at the depot and 8 buses have not yet arrived as they are not yet fully operational.

The number of buses should increase

Roadways Union officials said passenger comfort was of paramount importance. If there are fewer buses in such a situation, how are passengers supposed to get the facilities? As the population increases, so does the number of passengers at the bus station. The residents of the district are also demanding bus operations on many routes. About 50 buses still have to be added to the road fleet. The Rewari depot is waiting for new buses.

Passengers must not experience any inconvenience

DI Krishna Kumar of Roadways Depot said that the department is making efforts to ensure that passengers do not face any problems. Efforts are being made to procure new buses for the department. Passengers are offered complete facilities on all routes. 8 new buses are expected to arrive at the depot soon.
