The accused raped her multiple times. According to the applicant, she became pregnant in October 2022. When Vinod was told about this, Vinod assured that he would definitely get married but would drop that child first. After that, the defendant forcibly gave her medicine to abort the child, which prevented the child from falling. Hansi was then called on January 4th, 2023 and an ultrasound was done in my clinic. According to the complainant, Vinod then said on January 8 that I would be coming to a hotel near Dabda Chowk in Hisar on January 9, where I would pick up Manjeet from Bhatla village.
On January 9, she reached the hotel named by the defendant. Manjeet was found there and he took her to a hotel room. Manjeet told him that you are sitting here, he will come with the doctor in a moment, Vinod will come by then. After a while, Manjeet brought two doctors, including one female. The applicant claims that all three then caught me and forced me to have an abortion against my will. After that, Vinod stayed with me in the same hotel for two days. From there he was held in a friend’s room for three days. Then he put me down on the ship’s bridge. From there she went to her house. According to the victim, we talked on the phone for many days after that and she refused to marry me. The defendant threatened that if you tell these things to anyone else he would make all the videos and photos viral and kill my brother. The police opened an investigation by registering a case against 4 people on the complaint of the victim.
