Jitendra, a resident of Surya Nagar, said that he married his sister Usha to Jitendra, a resident of Bibipur in Jind district, in 2009. His brother-in-law lived in rented accommodation in Surya Nagar for about eight years. On April 14, his sister and brother-in-law came to the house with the children and said that the underage neighbor, resident of Surya Nagar, had accused them of abuse, although he had done nothing of the sort. Despite this, he apologized in the panchayat. The brother-in-law said that the minor hit him with shoes.
