Fatehabad News:In the month of May, the Red Cross District Society organizes a camp at the Red Cross office to have the battery powered tricycle/rickshaw repaired. Mandeep Kaur, deputy commissioner and president of the district Red Cross Society, said all district divyangjans who received motorized tricycles in the last year and have technical defects can send the details to the Red Cross office by May 1.
Deputy Commissioner Mandeep Kaur said that only the battery, charger, etc. will be replaced or repaired by Divyangjan in the warehouse who have a battery rickshaw less than a year. Mechanics from New Delhi come to the camp and the defective battery rickshaw charger etc. is repaired. At the same time, the deputy commissioner has also asked Elmiko Aasra Kendra’s officials, Sonepat, to solve Divyangjan’s problems and organize camps.

Shyam Sunder, Secretary of the District Red Cross Society, said that Divyangjans met Deputy Commissioner Mandeep Kaur with complaints about battery rickshaw chargers and batteries from around the district, to make amends for which Camp Elmico was set up at the district level itself to receive the battery rickshaw was repaired and their equipment replaced. It was decided to have them installed by the Kanpur company.
