Chandigarh: A Haryana cabinet meeting was held, chaired by Prime Minister Manohar Lal, where many important decisions were made. Approval was granted for the Proposal to Amend Haryana Civil Service (Pay) Rules 2016, Haryana Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules 2016 and Haryana Civil Service (Assured Career Progression) Rules 2016. These rules may be referred to as the Haryana Civil Services (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2023. The 2023 Haryana Civil Service Amendment Rules (Revised Salary) and the 2023 Haryana Civil Service Amendment Rules (Assured Career Advancement) are now effective as of January 1, 2016.
The second caveat to Rule 16(1) of the Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016, was incorporated into the Main Rules with a view to having effect from the date of granting the first guaranteed career progression to a State Government employee ( January 1, 2016 and the ACP rules did not provide for an option to switch to the revised pay structure between the date of notification, i.e. 10/28/2016, or from July 1, 2016. This provision was not beneficial to workers Consideration of Injustice Given the hardship faced by the State Government, the State Government decided to remove Clarification 3 under Rule 16(1) of the Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016. The term pension payment authority has been changed to pension acceptance authority.
The Haryana Government has changed the word “Pension Disbursing Authority” to “Pension Sanctioning Authority” in Rule 54 of the Haryana Civil Services (Pension) Rules 2016 to accept family pensions. Rule 54 relating to the family pension paid to the next eligible family member on the death of the pensioner states that in the event of the death of the pensioner the family pension will be paid to the widow/widower on the same pension payment order on which the pensioner received his pension. He received a pension. After receiving the pensioner’s death certificate and the general application for a family pension, the paying authority will arrange for the family pension to be paid to the widow/widower. If the widow/widower is not alive or not eligible, the family pension is paid to the other eligible family members. These must apply to the relevant pension sanctioning authority along with two copies of the pensioner’s pension payment notice and the required self-photo and other necessary documents.
Approved in relation to changes in Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Department) and Revised Salary Rules 2023 for Haryana Higher Judicial Service
Chandigarh, May 9 – At the Cabinet meeting chaired by Haryana’s Prime Minister Manohar Lal here today, an amendment to the 2023 Revised Haryana Civil Service (Judiciary) and Haryana Higher Justice Service salary rules was approved. Classification of Judicial Officers: Civil Judges (Subdivision) (Entry Level) J1, Civil Judges (Subdivision) ACP-I J2, Civil Judges (Subdivision) ACP-II J3, Civil Judges (Superior Division) (Entry Level) J3, Horizontal Boundary on the Civil Judges (Advanced) ACP Levels -I J4, Civil Judge (Upper Level) ACP-II J5, District Judge (Entry Level) J5, District Judge (Selection Level) J6 and District Judge (Super Time Scale). ) J7 is based on their position in the functional hierarchy as reflected in the Starting salary for each officer rank except J-6 and J-7 is approximately 2.81 times the current entry salary of each rank, a similar proportional increase that of a High Court judge. Likewise, the starting salary for new hires/appointments is shown at levels J-1 through J-7. There will be no change to the date of the increase and to the existing system, ie the increase will be made once a year on the date of appointment, promotion or financial upgrade. Authorization to increase the eligibility criteria for entering the service of forest warden
At the Cabinet meeting, an increase in the eligibility criteria for service as a forest warden was approved in connection with the 1998 Amendment to the Haryana State Forest Executive Section (Group C) Rules of Service. Previously, the minimum qualification for hiring forest wardens was matriculation, but now it is 10+2/higher standard (with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in matriculation; or higher standard) in the joint entrance test administered by the Haryana staff selection committee. in Hindi as a subject). The Cabinet approved changes to improve the educational qualification for forest warden recruitment from matriculation to 10+2 with Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in matriculation or Hindi as a higher level subject.
The 1998 Haryana Mines and Geology Department Field (Group C) Service Rules approved the proposed change
The proposed amendment to the 1998 Haryana Mines and Geology Department Field (Group C) Rules of Service was approved.
