Jhajjar: One of the injured in the collision between a car and a bulldozer on the city’s Rewari bypass died while undergoing treatment at PGI Rohtak. After receiving the information, police reached the spot, took possession of the body and began investigation. The police have opened a case against the bulldozer driver.
In the complaint lodged with the police, Sanjay, a resident of Devsar in Bhiwani district, said that he along with his relatives Dharambir, Vansh and Praveen, residents of Kot, came to attend a marriage ceremony at Bhatsana village in Rewari district on Tuesday . When he was returning home from the wedding ceremony around 2 am and reached Rewari Bas in the city, a bulldozer driver coming from the opposite direction hit his car directly. He was seriously injured as a result of the collision. He was then taken to the local civil hospital for treatment. From there he was referred to Rohtak PGI after first aid. In this incident, Praveen died while undergoing treatment at PGI. Following Sanjay’s complaint, the police registered a case against the unknown bulldozer driver and took further action as per the rules.
