House fire under suspicious circumstances: agonizing deaths of three children, couple’s condition critical, all their feet tied with ropes

In the village of Garhi Bolni, a house caught fire under suspicious circumstances on Saturday evening. After the ceiling and skylight of the room broke, people from the neighborhood started rescue work by breaking down the door of the house. The feet of the couple and the three children who were in the room of the house were tied with ropes. The villagers took the badly burned five family members from the room and took them to the trauma center. There he was transferred to PGI Rohtak in critical condition. All three children have been pronounced dead at the PGI, while the couple’s condition has been described as critical. Kasola Police Station has opened an investigation after sealing the room.

Laxman, an employee of the company, lived separately with his wife Rekha (30), their two daughters Anisha (16), Nisha (14) and son Hitesh (12). Jitendra and Laxman’s brother, who lived in the neighborhood, reached it after a bang was heard from their room around 1 a.m. When they saw smoke coming from the room’s skylight, they both broke down the door and entered the house. When he then entered the house, two gas bottles kept in the kitchen were also leaking. He tried to save the family by throwing the cylinders out of the house.

According to neighbor Jitendra, the room was filled with smoke when the room’s door was forced open. When they both entered the room after a hard fight, the couple’s and children’s feet were tied with ropes. They cut the rope and all five came out of the room. In the meantime, after receiving the information, the fire brigade was also on site.

Children died in Rohtak PGI

All five burned family members were taken to the trauma center from where they were referred to Rohtak PGI in critical condition. All three children are said to have been declared dead there. Laxman’s condition is also said to be worrying. Upon receiving the information, Kasola Police arrived at the site and sealed the room. The police are trying to find out the cause of the arson. The forensic team was also called to the scene.
