There is news of harassment and obscene gestures by some local youth towards an underage 12th grade student. When the student’s brother stopped the juveniles, the juveniles attacked him with sticks and injured him. In this case, the women’s police station named three juveniles and instituted proceedings against 10-12 others.
In the complaint filed with the police, the girl’s father said that in the past, when his daughter returned home after handing in papers, three youths riding a bicycle started harassing her and also threatened to kill her. Out of fear, the girl did not tell at home. Afterwards, on the 10th, while his daughter was cleaning the water tank on the patio, the three youths came onto the vacant lot next to her house and began making obscene gestures at her. When he saw this, the boy ran away.
The applicant said that when he mentioned this to his son, his son interrupted the three youths about it. It is alleged that on the last day the three called 10-12 of their companions and attacked the student’s brother and injured him by hitting him. In this case, the women’s police station has registered a case and started investigations.
