News2News.in News, Hansi. A case of knife attacks on two youths who were going home from the farm became known in the village of Sultanpur on Sunday evening. A 26-year-old youth, Surendra, who was injured in the attack, died on the spot, while another youth, Sombir aka Ramphal, who was injured in the attack, is being treated at a private hospital in Hisar, where his condition is said to be serious His police reached the site, inspected the site, took the body into their care and sent it to the civilian hospital.
According to police, the late Surendra Kumar used to serve in the bank and at around 11:30pm, along with his friend Sombir, rode in a Skorpion vehicle that Sahil and his relative Jhajjar were taking towards a village near Bani Sahil Residents of Pahadipur village stopped his vehicle and attacked him with knives. The attackers stabbed Surendra and Sombir in places on their necks and bodies. Following a complaint from Balwant, the deceased’s father, following the registration of a case against two after the autopsy had been carried out, an investigation was launched and the matter referred to family members.
In the complaint to the police, Balwant said that he drove from his farm to Sultanpur village at around 11.30pm at night, together with Ishwar s/o Indra Singh, that as soon as we arrived near Deenwali Johar, a Scorpio car arrived in Bani stopped on Dahima Road. She was standing on the street and at the same time we heard the sound of a quarrel some distance away and as we both walked towards Bani and saw my sons Surendra and Ramphal aka Sombir, Sahil, resident of Sultanpur and brother-Law of Rambhagat Fauji’s son Amit Sahil from Pahadipur village in Jhajjar district attacked with knives in hand and when we both tried to stop him they both fled the spot towards Bani.
Balwant narrated that when he saw his son Surendra lying on the ground covered in blood and his throat cut open by the knife attack, Ramphal aka Sombir was also attacked with knives and his throat was cut. He said that he then called the local police on 112 and also called his family members in the village. Balwant said his son Surendra died on the spot. While the badly injured Sombir breathed. He said the injured Sombir was taken to the civilian hospital for treatment, where doctors referred him to Hisar after receiving first aid given his critical condition. Balwant said his family is not hostile to anyone. Why they killed my son only becomes known through the police investigation.
Following the complaint of Surendra’s late father, Balwant, following the registration of a case against two, the body was handed over to relatives after the post-mortem was carried out.
