Rewari news : In a village in Kosli area, grandfather Kamandha made his underage granddaughter a victim of lust. The matter came to light after the girl complained of stomach pains. In a complaint filed with police, the mother of the 14-year-old girl said her daughter suddenly developed stomach pains and took her to a state hospital to see a doctor. The doctor there recommended having an ultrasound scan done. After that she came home with her daughter. A pregnancy test revealed that she was pregnant. When he interrogated the girl, she terrified that her grandfather had violently raped her twice on March 30th. He threatened to kill her and her brother if she told her parents about the incident.
As a result of the girl’s mother’s complaint, the police instituted proceedings against the accused grandfather for rape and under the POCSO law. The accused is said to be on the run.
