Bhiwani . Prime Minister Manohar Lal said that the state government is pro-farmer and stands by any situation like natural disasters for any possible cooperation with the farmers. Compensation for crops damaged during recent rains and hailstorms will be granted by the government through the conduct of special girdawari until May.
