Sirsa: Prime Minister Manohar Lal said that during his eight-and-a-half-year tenure he has left no stone unturned to serve the people of the state, doing double the work of previous governments. The Prime Minister attacked the opposition parties, saying that some people are talking about donating free electricity and water to political causes. Don’t let them, because instead of giving free gifts, his government is working to increase the income of the common man. Prime Minister Manohar Lal interacted with villagers of Khairekan, Badagudha and Kalanwali villages in Kalanwali constituency on the first day of the three-day mass dialogue program.

Following a farmer’s complaint, the Prime Minister ordered the suspension of Nahari Patwari Naresh of Chhatriyan village on charges of taking a Rs.5,000 bribe. He opened and laid the groundwork for seven development projects worth more than 47 Crore 61 Lakh 23,000 in Kalanwali Constituency. A project valued at 32 lakh 58,000 rupees was inaugurated and the foundation stone was laid for 6 projects valued at 47 crore 28 lakh 65,000 rupees. He said that the government cracked down on the corrupt and gave jobs to the educated people without prescriptions and costs, changing the style of previous governments. In the Sirsa district alone, 8,500 people have been placed in jobs based on their performance.

Plans have been made for maximum benefit to the community and work is being done to increase the incomes of poor people. With the Ayushman card, one treatment is free up to 5 lakh rupees. The government is considering easing conditions on the Ayushman card and those earning over 1 lakh 80,000 rupees will also be included in this category to allow more people to benefit from the benefit.

He said that there are 18,000 ponds in the state’s villages, the panchayats can have those ponds cleaned at their own level. After removing the sludge, farmers can take this sludge from Gram Panchayat and use it as fertilizer. Panchayats should see the cleanliness system in the villages at their own level and the participation of the villagers should also be ensured. He said the village has 24-hour electricity. If there is a problem with the line, it will be fixed. Of the state’s 6,200 villages, 5,600 villages have 24-hour electricity.

Farmers gathered to protest in Sahuwala, police celebrated

Farmers’ associations had already announced their opposition to the prime minister. The Chadhuni peasant organization reached the village of Sahuwala on the way from Khairekan to Badaguda to oppose the Prime Minister. The administration stopped the peasants in Gurudwara village and assured them that they would hold talks with the prime minister. After that it became quiet around the farmers.

Sarpanch officials stayed at home in protest

Because of the program proposed by the Prime Minister, the Sarpanches, who have long protested against the government over various demands, including electronic tenders, announced two days ago that they would oppose the Prime Minister’s programme. Due to the Sarpanchs’ planned protest, the Police Administration did not allow the officers of the Sarpanch Association to reach the Chief Minister’s program. Many officials, including the association’s national vice-president, Santosh Beniwal, were held at their homes by police, leaving no room for protests.
