The employees then left their workplace at the hospital on Tuesday and expressed their anger through protests. Subsequently, Badhra police station reached the spot, explained to the employees, received their complaint and ended the strike by assuring them of appropriate action.

The protesting health workers said that some people from the village reached the hospital at night and spoke to the on-duty Dr. Abhishek started arguing because they were not receiving their calls. After that, the matter escalated further and the people in question started fighting. During this time, when other employees, including women, tried to intervene, they were also treated rudely. Later the villagers came and calmed the matter down. The hospital staff informed the police about this, after which the police team arrived on site that night.

Due to the overnight incident, health workers at the hospital went on strike on Tuesday morning and expressed anger over the incident. After this, Badhra SHO Kaptan Singh along with the team reached the spot and submitted on behalf of Dr. Abhishek filed a written complaint against four named persons, including the village sarpanch, stating that the said persons had entered the hospital premises and misbehaved with him and others. Hence, action was demanded against the staff working there. The SHOs assured appropriate action in the matter and subsequently ended the protest. Through the complaint, the healthcare workers demanded that such incidents have happened many times and therefore two police officers should be permanently deployed on the hospital premises so that they can carry out their work smoothly and without fear. During this time, Dr. Bhupendra, Dr. Abhishek, Dr. Kulwant, Dr. Ashish Mann, Dr. Upendra, Dr. Ankita, Dr. Shivam, Dr. Mishabha, Ramesh, Rajpal, Sushma, Mani, Sandeep, Ramchandra, Neetu etc were present.
