Last night, the RTA team led by Inspector Kuldeep Singh checked the overloaded vehicles on Loharu Road. At the same time, some vehicles followed continuously. Long in pursuit, the RTA team became suspicious and attempted to stop the vehicles, but fled from there at the time. After some time, the said vehicles started chasing his vehicle again. Two vehicles had number plates attached and two vehicles had no number plates. When the team tried to stop the pursuers, two vehicles fled from there while one vehicle stopped successfully.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Sombir, a resident of Marout village in Jhajjar district. While the other teenager ran away in the car. When the team checked Sombir’s phone, WhatsApp groups formed. Dumper drivers and owners were included in these groups. The location of the RTA team is entered in the group itself. After being located, the overloaded train drivers take a different route or park the train. Kuldeep Singh said Sombir has formed three mobile groups. Vehicle owners were included in all three groups. Overloaded vehicles are displayed based on their location.
The RTA team handed Sombir over to police custody. The police confiscated his car and cell phone. RTA inspector Kuldeep Singh said a gang operates in Dadri district. Who gives the location of the RTA team by taking money from the vehicle owners. These people have created many whatsapp groups in mobile adding vehicle owners. Overloaded vehicles escape the control team after receiving the location. Many such incidents have happened to him in the last week.
