Bhiwani: The court sentenced a man who was found guilty of luring and raping a minor girl to 20 years in prison. A fine of Rs 40,000 was also imposed on the accused. In case of non-payment of the fine, the defendant will face an additional penalty.
According to the information, a complaint was filed at the Tosham police station in 2022 in which the brother of the minor girl accused the accused of luring and raping his minor sister. The court found accused Deepak alias Rajan, a resident of Dong Khurd police station Tosham, guilty in the case and sentenced him to 20 years imprisonment and imposed a total fine of Rs 40,000. If the fine is not paid, the defendant must serve an additional prison sentence.
