Bhiwani: From October 19 to November 8, Haryana School Education Board will conduct Secondary and Higher Secondary (Pedagogical/Open School), Retake, CTP, Additional Subjects and Supplementary Grade Improvement Subject Examinations by the Haryana School Education Board. The exam time is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Chairman of the Board Dr. VP Yadav said that exams will be conducted for senior secondary, senior secondary (education/open school), re-examination, CTP, additional subjects and grade improvement subjects. This exam will be attended by 94,708 candidates at 109 exam centers across the state, including 59,170 boys, 35,535 girls and 03 transgenders.

He said that in the Secondary (Education) examination, 18,989 candidates will appear including 10,972 boys, 8,016 girls and 01 transgender and in the Senior Secondary (Education) examination, 14,585 candidates will appear including 10,315 boys, 4,269 girls and 01 Transgender. Similarly, in the Secondary Education (Open School) examination, 28,787 candidates will appear, including 17,196 boys, 11,590 girls and 01 transgender, and in the Senior Secondary Education (Open School) examination, 32,347 candidates will appear, including 20,687 boys and 11,660 girls. He said that the education department has completed preparations for the successful conduct of the examinations and maintaining dignity and sanctity. To maintain the purity and credibility of the examinations, the education department has formed 26 effective flying squads for surprise inspections at the examination centers and appointed an observer at all examination centers. To ensure peaceful conduct of examinations and maintenance of law and order, Section 144 has also been imposed on all examination centers.

The board secretary said that roll numbers have been allotted to all eligible candidates. Candidates should print out their colored admit card on A-4 size paper only and paste the same colored photograph on the admit card which was uploaded at the time of filling the application form and get it attested by the Principal/Principal of a government/non-government institution. Contact a state-approved school or an official. Make sure you get verified. Entry to the examination center is not permitted without admit card and original ID (Aadhaar card etc.). All candidates should ensure that the latest photo is updated on their Aadhar card. Candidates should follow the instructions on the admit card and ensure that they arrive at the exam center 30 minutes before the start of the exam. It is mandatory to have the signatures of the candidate and the proctor as per the date on the admit card. Therefore, candidates should not get the admit card laminated. The use of electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, smart watches, etc. is prohibited in the examination center. If any student/teacher is found to be involved in cheating, strict action will be taken against them as per the rules.
