Bhiwani: The court sentenced a man who was found guilty of luring and raping a minor girl to 20 years in prison. A fine of Rs 40,000 was also imposed on the perpetrator. If the fine is not paid, the offender must expect an additional penalty.
According to details, a complaint was lodged at Tosham police station in 2022 in which the minor girl’s brother accused the accused of luring and raping his minor sister. The court sentenced the accused Deepak alias Rajan, a resident of Dong Khurd police station Tosham, to 20 years imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 40,000. If the fine is not paid, the defendant must serve an additional prison sentence.
