Bahadurgarh: An accident occurred near the Jhajjar Road overpass on the Rohtak-Delhi road late on Saturday evening. There was a collision between a car and a bicycle. A youth riding a bicycle died in the accident while the other was seriously injured. The driver was also injured. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
The deceased was identified as 25-year-old Pankaj. Pankaj was a resident of Jhajjar. He used to work in a company in the Bahadurgarh area. After being released late in the evening, Pankaj and his companion rode their bikes to Jhajjar. When it arrived near the Jhajjar flyover, it collided with a car. The collision was so severe that both vehicles went off the road. The car also got stuck after driving to the tree. When passers-by saw it, they started rescue work. Both were rushed to the hospital. Where Pankaj was pronounced dead. While Pawan has also suffered a lot. He was referred to PGI. The driver of the car was also injured, but where he will be taken has yet to be confirmed. Sector Six Police Station is investigating the matter.
