PM Modi DU Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived today at 11 am to participate in the closing ceremony of the centenary celebrations of Delhi University. The event will be held in a hall of the Delhi University Sports Complex. Also, PM Modi will address the gathering on the occasion. The Prime Minister is to lay the foundation stone for the building of Computer Centre, Department of Technology and Academic Block of Delhi University. It will be built in the North Campus of the University. During this, along with PM Modi, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will also be present as a guest on the occasion.
DU issued guidelines
Some colleges of DU have also announced some guidelines ahead of the live telecast of PM Modi today. These include attendance for students and teachers, no wearing black during the broadcast, and suspension of all classes between 10 a.m. and noon. Also, several other colleges of DU have made it clear that only students and faculty have been invited for the valedictory function and no other person will be present.
