Delhi Student Stabbed To Death: On Sunday, June 18, a student was stabbed to death in the South Campus of Delhi University (DU). After this, the police have arrested two accused in this case. The two accused have been identified as Rahul, a resident of Bindapur area of Delhi, and Haroon, a resident of Janakpuri. On behalf of the Delhi Police, it has been said that in the preliminary investigation, information about the fight between them has come to the fore. Police is also looking for other accused in this case and further investigation is also being done. Delhi University student Nikhil’s father broke down while talking to media persons on Monday.
DU student stabbed to death
The deceased Nikhil Chauhan was a student of the University’s School of Open Learning (SOL). He was a first year student of BA Honors in Political Science and resided in Paschim Vihar. He was attacked by some students last Sunday. According to media reports, these students misbehaved with Nikhil’s girlfriend, due to which she got into an argument with those students. Speaking to the media on Monday, Manoj C, Deputy Commissioner of Police, South West Delhi, said that the students with whom Nikhil had a fight have been identified as Rahul and Yash.

Rahul and his associates stab Nikhil outside the Aryabhatta College gate to take revenge. After this, he was hurriedly taken to Charak Palika Hospital in Moti Bagh, where doctors declared Nikhil brought dead. A case was registered following the incident and the police said that two of the accused have been arrested. The rest will also be arrested soon.
