Delhi Rape: In Sarai Rohilla of Northern district, a woman has accused her brother-in-law of raping her by feeding her intoxicants in juice cream. Blackmailing and assault were also done by making videos. After the complaint, the police have registered a case under other sections including rape. In the complaint given to the police, the 19-year-old victim said that she is a housewife. Lives in Shahzada Bagh, Indralok area. On June 25, his brother-in-law had invited him to his house for a party.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
She reached her husband’s house at around 8.30 pm on June 29 with her husband. When the husband went out of the house for some work, the brother-in-law gave him juice and cream to eat. After this she lost consciousness. Physical relations were had with her while she was unconscious. When he protested after regaining consciousness, he was beaten up. Later blackmailing started through the video made at that time. Death threats were also made. Initially she remained silent due to defamation but when the accused crossed all limits, she took help of the police. Police have registered a case in this case under several sections including rape by giving intoxicants and threatening. Police are investigating the allegations.
