According to media reports, this incident is being reported on Tuesday night in Welcome police station area of North East Delhi. Police said that the teenager, resident of Jafrabad, was going home at 10.15 pm on Tuesday night. During this he came face to face with the accused. The accused asked Kishore for Rs 350 for biryani. The teenager did not know him nor did he have any money. Police said that CCTV showed that the accused started attacking the teenager with a knife. He stabbed her more than 60 times. The teenager died on the spot, despite this he continued to attack with the knife. Police said that the accused has been arrested on Wednesday morning.

The accused had left his studies and started taking drugs.
Police said that the age of the accused is 16 years. Interrogation revealed that he had dropped out of school and lives with his parents in Delhi. The parents of the accused work as labourers. The accused was in an intoxicated state at the time of the murder. A case of murder has been registered against him. Preparations are being made to present him in court.
