According to information received from sources, the girl who filed a case against Brij Bhushan Singh under the POCSO Act is not a minor but an adult. Controversy has started regarding this. However, the girl’s father is still claiming that my daughter is a minor. Please tell that this wrestler is a resident of Rohtak located in Haryana. On the basis of the Birth Certificate received from the wrestler’s school, it is being claimed that the girl is an adult. A team of Delhi Police had come to Rohtak to investigate this, after which this thing has been disclosed.
According to media reports, the uncle of the minor wrestler has also claimed in front of the media that his wrestler niece is not a minor but an adult. Along with this, his uncle has also presented some proofs related to the birth of the girl. The uncle has accused the girl’s father of asking the girl to do all this in order to get a government job. There has been a ruckus since this statement of uncle.
Minor’s father gave clarification
When the police interrogated the girl’s father, he told about the minor’s uncle that he was not the uncle but the minor’s paternal uncle. The father said that the document that Tau is presenting belongs to his elder daughter, who had died in her childhood. He said that I had two daughters and a son. My elder daughter died when she was only 2 years old. After this, I named my younger daughter after my elder daughter, who is still a minor. She further said that when her daughter was just 16 years old, her daughter was sexually assaulted by Brij Bhushan Singh during a camp in Ranchi. Her father said that in December 2023 my daughter would be 17 years old. When her father was asked about the birth certificate of the elder daughter, he could not give a clear answer about it.

If it is proved that the girl is not a minor but an adult, then the case registered against Brij Bhushan Singh under the POCSO Act will be dropped.
