BJP On Manish Sisodia Bail: The Supreme Court has rejected the bail plea of former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Excise Policy case. Now BJP’s national spokesperson and MP Sudhanshu Trivedi has targeted Aam Aadmi Party and CM Kejriwal regarding this. He said that if we look at today’s observation of the Supreme Court, not only the bail petition was rejected, but Rs 338 crore was also seen being established. He said that these (AAP) people used to say where is the money. Now Arvind Kejriwal’s government should tell the court where the money is?

BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s associate and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been in jail since last winter. During this period, his bail application has been rejected 6 times. He said that in today’s observation of the Supreme Court, not only the bail petition has been rejected, but an issue of Rs 338 crore is also coming to the fore.
Trivedi further said that a few days ago, Amit Arora, an accused in the liquor scam, had said that all the things happened in the presence of the Chief Minister. He said that the allegations of corruption are continuously being established from the factual point of view, the bail petitions are continuously being rejected, but still ‘theft and corruption from above’ are becoming the character of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Atishi told BJP’s arrogance
Meanwhile, the statement of Delhi Government’s PWD Minister Atishi has also come to light on the rejection of Sisodia’s bail plea. He said in a press conference that when Manish Sisodia’s petition was being heard, the court repeatedly asked many sharp questions to the prosecution. Atishi said that the court repeatedly asked the ED the same question as to where is the trail linked to your Manish Sisodia.
The court asked whether Sisodia got the money? Did his family get money? Did any company associated with Sisodia receive money? The AAP leader further said that if ED cannot show that the money has reached Manish Sisodia, then how does the question of money laundering arise? Along with this, Atishi targeted BJP and said how BJP is continuously trying to stop the opposition by using agencies. This is the arrogance of BJP for which the public will answer.

Let us tell you that the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. A bench of Supreme Court Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice SVN Bhatti heard the case. The bench said that it has recorded the statement of the investigating agencies that the trial in these cases will be completed in six to eight months. The bench also said that if the proceedings are delayed, Sisodia can apply for bail in these cases within 3 months.
