New Delhi: BJP leader Ramveer Singh Bidhuri (BJP leader Ramveer Singh Bidhuri) has targeted AAP for children falling ill after eating mid-day meal. Expressing concern over the case of children falling ill in two schools after eating mid-day meal in Delhi in 15 days, he has demanded Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena in the Delhi Assembly to look into both these cases. There should be a fair investigation. At the same time, Bidhuri has demanded to form an inquiry committee on both these incidents. Bidhuri said that these incidents in Delhi Government and Municipal Corporation schools are indicating towards a bigger corruption scam. The Aam Aadmi Party government not taking any action and trying to suppress the incidents, it seems that there is definitely something black in the lentils.

Delhi government’s silence is raising questions

Bidhuri has raised the question as to why there was an attempt to suppress both the incidents. The public has the right to know whether the mid-day meal supply agencies in both the incidents were connected to the Aam Aadmi Party, taking action against these agencies and why they were not suspended immediately. Why was their supply not stopped till the investigation was completed. Delhi government’s silence and cover-up is creating a lot of doubts. Bidhuri said that on August 11, 28 children at Municipal Corporation of Delhi’s Pratibha Vidyalaya in Indrapuri fell ill after consuming the mid-day meal. The mystery of that incident still remains as to how the children got sick.

Kejriwal government is trying to suppress the matter

Although the children said that they were in this condition due to the bad smell in the food and they were taken to the hospital, but till date neither the Municipal Corporation nor the Delhi Government has told where the bad smell came from. He said that now the second incident has happened in Delhi government school at Durga Park in Sagarpur and this time 70 children fell ill after consuming mid day meal. There was an atmosphere of chaos in the whole area. No information was given to the parents by the school and the Kejriwal government of Delhi continued to hush up the matter. Even Education Minister Atishi herself did not get time to go there, nor was any senior official of the department sent there. In this case also the same information has been received that only a warning has been given to the mid day meal supplying agency.
