Khairagarh. Various activities are being conducted for Voter Awareness at Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya Khairagarh as per the instructions of Election Commission of India and Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh. The importance of voting is being told by the students of the university among the common people. Under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Padma Shri Dr. Mamta (Mokshada) Chandrakar and Registrar Prof.Dr. Id. Many similar activities are going on for Voter Awareness under the direction of Tiwari.

It is notable that the special voter revision program is going on in the entire state. To make the general public aware about this, an awareness campaign is being run in the entire state on the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer. University’s Nodal Officer (Sweep) Dr. Ajay Pandey said that voter awareness campaigns are being run by the students through rallies, posters, slogans, nooks and human chains etc. Apart from this, messages of awareness about voting are being given by the students by going to the Godgrams and nearby villages of the university. The NSS Cadets of the University are also involved in this campaign. New voters who have completed 18 years of age are also being made aware of their rights by visiting various educational institutions.
