TS Singhdev said in the land case- Complaints were made many times, but the case was dismissed, now a conspiracy is being done to defame

Santosh Kashyap / Ambikapur. Chhattisgarh Health Minister TS Singhdev’s written statement regarding the land issue has come to the fore. In this, he told that, in 1947, there was a treaty between the Government of India and the Surguja royal family. It has been complained about several times since 2017, but each time the case was dismissed. Health Minister Singhdev said that in 1994, out of 52 acres, 21 acres of land was declared Nazul. After the matter went to the High Court, Singhdev was requested to be heard as a party. But a conspiracy is being hatched to malign the matter by repeatedly raising the matter.

It is noteworthy that the public Shiv Sagar (Maulvi Dam) pond located in the center of Ambikapur city is named after Health Minister TS Singhdev. Its measles no. 3467 rakba is of 52.06 acres. Water Conservation and Environment Saving Tanu Neer Committee had filed a petition in High Court Bilaspur on March 20 that the water area is being closed by crossing this pond on behalf of TS Singhdev. Similarly, the land of the pond is being sold in pieces to 128 persons for crores of rupees.

Answer will have to be submitted on April 11

On this, a bench of High Court Chief Justice Gautam Bhaduri and Justice NK Chandravanshi has issued a notice to TS Sinhdev while hearing this petition. The court has directed that the Health Minister should present his reply either in person or through his counsel on April 11. If your reply is not submitted on your behalf on April 11, then a unilateral decision will be taken while hearing the petition.
