Ambikapur. A case of land scam has come to light in Bhatko village of Batauli development block in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh. An FIR has been registered against 23 people, including the former alleged private secretary of the Food Minister, BJP-Congress and Patwari, in connection with the transfer of government land in his name.
It is said that the people against whom the crime has been registered, sold paddy by making fake pattas on more than one thousand acres of government land and earned huge money. Along with this, the accused also sold some part of the land. These include the PA of Minister Amarjeet Bhagat. After the complaint of the case, a case has been registered against all the culprits found in the investigation.
According to the complaint made by Ishwarchand Yadav at Batauli police station, the accused had fraudulently got the government land in their name and then cultivated that land under the government scheme and earned huge profits by selling paddy to the committee.
All the accused could not respond to the notice
When the complaint of this matter reached the authorities, all the accused were issued notices and asked to submit the documents related to the land, but could not respond to the notices within the prescribed limit, after which the minister’s personal assistant Bhupendra Yadav, Patwari Kancharam Pankra at the Batauli police station. , Kanungo Jaan Bada, Bhagmania, Shashank Gupta, Ramanand Yadav, Jagmohan, Hemant Yadav, Premlata Bewa, Ashwani Singh, Bhupendra Yadav, Anup Gupta, Uday Ram, Sundar Ram, Subhag Ram, Ramprasad Jayesh, Pradeep Gupta, Anita Yadav, Beena Gupta Offenses under 120, 420, 467, 468,471 have been registered against. In the second case, on the complaint of Ishwar Chand Yadav, an offense under section 120, 420, 467, 468, 471 has been registered against Baigin Lohar, Amit Gupta, Patwari Kancharam Pankra, Kanoon Go Jan Bada.
